Project, survey, installation, warranty and complaint records: up to 7 years after completion, where reasonably needed for warranty, legal or insurance purposes.
Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, or until I periodically review and remove inactive contacts.
Cookie-consent records: for the period necessary to demonstrate and manage consent preferences.
When information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted, anonymised or destroyed.
