My legitimate interests include running and developing Bargain Flooring, communicating effectively with customers, preventing fraud, protecting the website and business, resolving disputes, and improving products and services. • Customer order, invoice, payment and delivery records: up to 7 years after the end of the relevant financial year, or longer where required by law.

• Project, survey, installation, warranty and complaint records: up to 7 years after completion, where reasonably needed for warranty, legal or insurance purposes.

• Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, or until I periodically review and remove inactive contacts.

• Cookie-consent records: for the period necessary to demonstrate and manage consent preferences.

When information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted, anonymised or destroyed.
